Wieght Loss
So a few weeks ago my wife and I decided to start using our treadmill. I'm walking 30 minutes a day almost everyday. Eating better portions. Honestly diets really turn me off to the idea of losing weight. You have to maintain the weight you eventually get too and going back to the things you love to eat while on the diet just make it go right back on. So far I down from 360lbs to 336.5lbs. I have to use a USPS scale that is capable of weight items up to 400lbs. When I get under the 300Lbs range I can use the standard scale.
Still taking Tramadol and some type of muscle relaxers but they both seem to be working. However ever morning I wake up in tons of pain. Been a problem for me in the last few months so I haven't been out to the flying field much.
